(of course i just got fruit toppings... secretly i really miss yogurt and cheese!) then we went on a tour of the arboretum. its this beautiful and huge garden with a creek running through it and ducks, herons and egrets.... of course we rode through it at night, but it was super fun!
then! then!!!! we took the elevator to the top floor of a parking structure and rode our bikes down! S.O. M.U.C.H. F.U.N!

wait, so do you still eat meat? it sounds like something worth trying, but i just wonder how satisfying the diet ais?
yeah i eat meat, not raw, i have it once a week. for the B12...
i'm trying to clean out the toxins in my body that have been building up for the past 20 years! e.w.
its hard but its rewarding!
i still eat rice and beans, which obviously have to be cooked,
and sprouted wheat bread...
but i cut out all dairy and all sugar.
the only sugar i have is raw agave nectar, which is fructose so it doesn't require enzymes to break it down, it just goes straight to your blood.
and lots of raw fruits and veggies.
I have to try biking down a parking structure!
